Meet Tidus, my 100d EOS

You see, one of my dilemmas on Zidane (my previous Canon 1100d) is the size and weight. It was hard for me to travel every now and then with Zidane dangling on my neck. Also, the space it took on my bag (since I'm a light packer) is one of my considerations everytime I went out. So one day, I decided to say bye bye to my camera and bought something to replace him. Tadah...(drum rolls please), meet Tidus, my new canon 100d. It's been 3 months since I bought him so I thought I should atleast give a short review for it..hehe

Canon 100d is almost same price with Canon 700d. Considering the features that 700d has, it is smarter to buy it right? But the drawback is the size and weight which I'm after for. And happy that I bought it based on what I really want in a camera. Oh yes, they said that weight and size will not matter once you buy bigger lenses and put it on 100d body. Well, it doesn't matter to me now considering I'm just an ordinary user. The feature that I am after is worth it considering that holding 100d is like holding a digital camera. Putting it in my backpack is not a problem anymore and well, most of all it is still a dslr.

As a buyer, always consider what you really want in a camera or in any other gadgets. So, do I love my Tidus? Of course and I'm not yet saying that I'm closing my doors to those bulky dslrs, I would love to own but I'm contented with Tidus right now.
